On December 26, 2007, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
(FMCSA) issued their proposed rule for new entry-level CDL drivers.
The proposed rule affects 49 CFR parts 380, 383 and 384.

The law is clear on the ability to sue the owner of a pool for
negligence if the owner(s) fail to secure the pool properly. Most
states and even cities have laws or ordinances that require a pool
owner to have several things such as fences, gates and in some cases
even special covers for the pool. Failure of a pool owner to follow
their city or state laws exposes them to Negligence Per Se violations
