RPM Magazine to Continue Co-Sponsorship The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is pleased to announce the grand prize winner of the 7th Annual Truck Driver Photo Contest is Charles Robinson, a company driver for Best Cartage of Kernersville, North Carolina. The contest, sponsored by S-Line, Inc. and RPM Magazine recognizes talented truck drivers who are also amateur photographers.
