Baylor Trucking, Inc., a 300-truck dry van fleet located in Milan, Ind., recently announced a pay raise for company drivers allowing them to make up to $.44 per mile. Effective February 1, 2012, Baylor also instituted a minimum weekly pay of $1,000, giving over-the-road drivers a financial assurance for their families.

“Whenever we are able to do more for our drivers, we do,” says owner Bob Baylor. “It’s a priority for us at Baylor to provide the best pay package we can along with excellent equipment and benefits.”
