Compensation & Cost Savings
Full-time owner-operator team drivers are eligible for:

• Up to $210,000 per year*
• $0.92 per mile loaded (plus $0.15 performance bonus paid out quarterly)
• $0.90 per mile empty
• Fuel surcharge paid on empty and loaded miles
• 95% no touch freight
• Paid orientation
• Operating Centers - Drivers have 24-hour access to company facilities with free and safe parking, showers, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and cafeteria services.
