Compensation & Cost Savings Full-time owner-operator team drivers are eligible for:
- Up to $210,000 per year*
- $0.92 per mile loaded (plus $0.15 performance bonus paid out quarterly)
- $0.90 per mile empty
- Fuel surcharge paid on empty and loaded miles
- 95% no touch freight
- Paid orientation
- An additional $100.00 per Hazmat load
- Operating Centers - Drivers have 24-hour access to company facilities with free and safe parking, showers, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and cafeteria services.
