Hornady Transportation Presents Torris Dale With  20 Year Service Award

Torris Dale, a driver for Hornady Transportation, was presented his 20-year service award. Dale joined Hornady in 1989 as a company driver. After several years, Dale opted to participate in the Hornady lease-purchase program. “I enjoy working for Hornady,” Dale said. “I like the family atmosphere.”

His Driver Manager, Roger Smethers, presented the award to Dale. “Torris is as good as you get,” said Smethers. “He is not only one of Hornady’s best drivers, but he is also a good person.” Smethers also commented on Dale’s success as a lease driver, “Lease drivers are in charge of their own truck. Their success depends on them and Dale has been very successful.”

Dale lives in Camden, Alabama with his wife, Christine. “I’ve been driving for over twenty years,” said Dale. I couldn’t have been as successful without my wife, Christine. She has always been supportive.”
